First, discuss your grievance with your employer. He is the one who has to give a good certificate in case of you resign. Even after, if it is an individual grievance, and you are very much agitated, want to fight with an employer, you may approach the Labour Department. I am not sure on line facilities availability , for readdress individual grievance at Bangalore or not!

If you had worked 9 months prior to your maternity, with the present employer, you are bound to get maternity leave with wages for 26 weeks. If it is not paid to you, even after your request , you can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner's Office.
