Dear friend,
It appears that you are too desperate since you are not getting the job. Your query is can you change the year of passing in your certificate from 2015 to 2012. However, question arises as to who will do it and how they will do it? What you wish to do is to tamper the certificate at your hand. But then can you change the records at the university that has issued you the certificate? What if this tampering is discovered?
Keeping the challenges arising out of tampering aside, next question is how will you justify your non-employment from 2012 to 2015? What grounds will you provide? What if in the personal interview, a seasonal interviewer asks questions on the gap and you were unable to provide credible explanation?
Lastly, you say that you have financial problem. Your family members are possibly depending on you. Amidst this, probably you are not getting job and a thought of suicide has been creeping in your mind. However, will your suicide reduce their problem or aggravate their problem? A person may kill himself or herself but it leaves devastating effect on the immediate family members. They are completely shattered. Will your suicide aggravate their financial problems or ease it? Have you thought of this?
The crux of the matter is that you could not complete your education course timely. Therefore, the important lesson to be learnt in life is understanding the value of time and not create a burden for oneself that arises out of delay.
If you are not getting job IT then nothing wrong. Start applying for the job at other places. People excel in every field be it IT or otherwise. Every person has strengths and weaknesses. At this stage, identify your strengths and find out which field is suitable to you. Lot of jobs are available in newer fields like retail, e-commerce etc. Once you get a job then devote yourself wholeheartedly to the job. Devote your body and soul and then you will find that your superiors will start commending your flawless work. Their commendation will motivate you further and you will start aspiring for still higher challenges.
Life is too long and do not dismiss yourself just because of few setbacks that you have got in the recent past. There could be glory in your life but for that you have to open windows of opportunities.
All the best!

Changing of date on educational qualifications will be a self defeating move.
More questions will arise-like what were you doing after 2012?
Keep applying for various jobs.
You will get a job soon.
Talk to friends, read all ads,job web sites like Nuakri etc.
Be positive in your efforts.

Dear friend in distress,
We share your predicament. You are jobless at the moment and thoughts of suicide are hovering your mind. But control yourself and let these negative feelings not get better of you. Have faith that these days will also pass. There is always tomorrow. Perhaps better one.
Have patience and hope. Move forward with wholehearted positive efforts to get any job to start with if not in IT field.

Don't think of tinkering with year of passing certificate. It is outright cheating to oneself and world around. It may perhaps get you short-term gain but can hurt you for lifetime.

Dear Friend,
It is not a matter of worry, many people are there who have started working while studying to help themselves/their families out.
Failure is common every where and need not get bogged down on it,let the same remain.
And simply follow the guidelines given by seniors here (when you have posted a query and solution given) if you are intending to do so.

Hello Friend,
We suggest putting up honest information in your CV - be it the passing year, experience or whatever. And the reason is not that your prospective employer might find out, but lying affects your confidence. Whenever you are trying to hide something, that would reflect in your interviews.
So put in the true information and be confident. There's no dearth of jobs in India, you just need to look! Start off with whatever you get, believe us, it will teach you something about corporate life. You can always switch when you find better opportunities.
Good luck
