Bond is a legal document which needs to be prepared by an advocate who has experience on these issues.
Requirement of your company needs to be incorporated.
Any blank bond copy of will not suit your company.

I think there should be proper review of the situation as to why employees leave.Bonding labour may be a complex issue as laws govering comapnies or factories does not have any such provision.
