One of my employee had given resignation on 1.4.2017 and the form 10 for him was filled, but he has not yet withdrawn his fund, he is now willing to rejoin, so is it possible to take his name again in the Muster roll keeping the same UAN or whether we will have to treat him as new employee and again start with the basics, as he had not withdrawn funds would like to know the correct step. Please guide me for both i.e. PF as well as ESIC since it had been more than a year his name from ESIC was removed due to resignation.

You have to issue a new joining letter and complete all the facilities again as since one year your organization is not making any contributions in ESIC and PF departments on his behalf.

Thanks Samsheerji, but the employee has not withdrawn his fund, and as per your view if everything has to be redone, than how could one employee can get 2 uan?? Since the employee has not withdrawn fund his uan still exits in PF
