Dear , Can anyone brief me if any employee has not avail his paid leaves. Then how many years his paid leaves can been saved?

Dear Aijazahamed,
What you mean by paid leave is probably " earned leave " I think. It is also called as annual leave with wages or privilege leave depending on the establishment-specific labor law applicable to the establishment. Unavailed portion of such EL/PL can be accumulated over a period of years subject to the limit prescribed under the applicable law concerned.

Dear Aijazahamed,
The leave policy of the establishment confirms the maximum limit of accumlation for Earned Leave one can have. The above the limit gets encashed to the account of the employee(we follow this kind of system) and the limit is 300 days leave.
You can bring a policy of your establishment if it is not existing.
