Sir,
A central government worker is denied to do duty even when available to do duty.then at time of sending muster roll he is asked to explain.he gives explanation that he was available on duty.while during those days he continuously showed his presence in premises by signing in in sign on register daily that he is available for duty.can he ask for certified copy of that register as proof under rti act.also as of now he is marked absent for those days.in which section of ID Act can we deal it as in joint memorundums to divisional level official we have raised same problem before now he wants to approach ALC directly as even his written correspondence was not accepted on pretext by controlling officer that higher authorities have ordered to do so.does above act by employer comes under unfair labour practice. Can ALC impose fine on employer.

Yes he can approach but the responsibility lies with the individual to prove his presence. There is every possibility that the records may get destroyed hence better to collect all proofs and approach.
