Dear friend,
Agitating against his employer in a legal forum by any employee on account of any unresolved service dispute is his legal right. If the employee's services under the employer are unblemished and the issues contested by him are genuine, no employer can give a negative feed back against him later if any such occasion arises. But, human psychology remains similar always. Better be on guard about this in any conflicting situation with your employer.

What learned Member Shri Umakanthan has said is correct.
Practicalilty of the matter is if you litigate against your company, the company may give feedback which will be unhelpful.
There will be no suitable legal remedy for this kind of feedback.
Try and sort out matter amicably with your employer.
Or just forget the matter and move on in life.
Dont legally agitate the matter, unless it is real significant impact.
