We are not able to approve EKYC in unified portal due to Java exceptional error, I have updated latest version of JAVA and firefox version 52.x then also the same problem is coming. few days back i visited PF office there they check the digital signature token which is working in their system, and we are using the same digital signature which is not working can any one suggest the configuration for that please.
