I have been start my job as HR Executive in an Incubation Center. It gives a platform to all the startups to utilize their skills & abilities. I have a question for all the HR`s that in this company I am the only HR. many times i doesn`t understand how to tackle the situations. So please help me how i utilize my skill for the company & for my future growth also. I also want to learn more about HR as corporate point of view. Please guys helps my to find a progressive path in this situation.
