It appears that you need to revise your statement. You may say how to increase group contributions to increase company performance.
In this context, company performance depends on two factors. One is how group performance is measured. If there is no measurement at the group level then measuring the impact of their performance on the organisation will not be possible.
Secondly, group performance depends on inputs that group gets. Group performance depends on the physical infrastructure, quality of tools and machines that the group members use, level of their skills, quality of their training, quality of supervision, level of their motivation, focus on customer satisfaction and so on.
Lastly, we need to measure the various costs and ratios associated with the business. Measurement of the ratio is also a reflection of the group performance.
