In my office, we use to get salary as cash in hand, there is no PF or ESI deductions . So i don't know how to make salary calculations. while going for interviews they use to ask me that do u have any experience in salary calculation. i have no experience because in my office i have no work of that matter. So, Can anybody help me with that calculations with practical examples or experience in your life. i am very eager to learn. plz help me with a useful example so that i can get experience with that.
