Hi Team, We wish to add Sodexo, LTA and VPF to our salary structure. The intention being maximum employees can save the tax. Can someone help me with salary calculator

For Sodexo you can count Rs. 50/- per day per meal for number of working days which you can easily calculate and similarly one of there representative also can help you for the same. Secondly LTA can be exmpted only on the actual expenditure of the employee for travelling cost thus you need to mutually come to some amount which can be consider as LTA and finally the exempted LTA can be only actual expenditure of amount for travelling on leave. VPF is again choice of employee for amount to be contributed.
