Kindly help me about Maharashtra LWF registration certificates. One of my vendor not register Maharashtra LWF after and not yet paid any challan for Jun and Dec -17. Kindly suggest can we as client pay LWF challan for him and what will action we can take this vendor. Please suggest penalty and late fess.
