Dear Goutham,
Permitting an employee to avail of his statutory leave during notice period is a matter of discretion of the employer. Normally, most of the employers are not inclined to sanction leave during notice period on the pretext of either completing the pendency of work or keeping it up to date. In your case, the leave stands approved prior to your notice. So, as it is, there is no bar in going on leave now. But, you may ask your manager since you are in notice period. If he cancels the sanction you can not go on leave as planned. All depends upon the attitude of the management as well as the cordiality of your relationship with your management.
