As employees of an organisation, they insist to opt for PF & ESI and my salary limitations will allow it too. How can I get out of their insistence. Give the basic pay required to get exempted from these two please.

The PF wage ceiling is at present Rs. 15,000/- while for ESI it is Rs. 21,000/- per month. If the basic pay plus DA is above the said ceiling then the employee can opt out subject to the fact that the employee was not a member of PF earlier.
