Navigating Delayed Full and Final Settlement: Employee Rights and Recourse - CiteHR

I worked in an E-commerce company for 22 months and resigned on 19th August 2017 after serving the notice period. To date, I haven't received my FNF (Full and Final settlement) even after following up with HR. For the last two months, they have been giving me dates, but nothing has happened. Initially, HR committed to pay me by 10th December 2017, but later when I inquired, they started giving reasons like pending HR operations work, etc.

I have shared my current financial situation, stating that I am in dire need of the money. I have sent multiple emails, urging and practically begging them, but they are not taking my situation into consideration. I even emailed the CEO of the company, but there was no response. It has been 125 days since I resigned from the company. I used to communicate with HR through WhatsApp previously, but now I have been blocked on both WhatsApp and phone, with no response to my emails.

I have shared all this with the CEO, HR, and Manager, but it seems they are least bothered.

Please guide me on how I can obtain my FNF and experience letter.

Thank you.

Regards, Geetcharan

Dear Geetcharan,

This is actually a very wrong approach of the company towards its associates. You may file a complaint with the labor commissioner along with supporting evidence, after which your query will be highlighted more strongly to the management of your company.
