I worked in a E-commerce company for 22 months and resigned on 19th august 2017 with serving notice period . Till date i didnt received my fnf even after following with HR. from last two months they keep on giving me dates but nothing happening . firstly HR committed to pay me by 10th dec 2017 and later when i asked them he is giving reasons like HR operations work is pending etc.. I shared my current financial situation that iam in need of money and mailed couple of times urged them literally begged them but they are not taking in to consideration . even i mailed to CEO of the company no ware he responded . its been 125days since i resigned from the company . previously i used to communicate with HR through whatsapp but now he blocked me both in whatsapp and phone and no response for mails .
I shared all my commitments with CEO,HR,MANAGER they are least bothered .
Please guide me how i can get my FNF and experience letter
