Hello Sir/Madam,
I submitted the PF withdrawal form via my ex-company on 6th June 2006.
Every time I call Gurgaon PF office, someone picks up the call and asks for PF number. After taking that number, the call gets disconnected. After that nobody picks up the call on all the 3 numbers that I have. The numbers are 0124-2578636/37/38.
This is been happening from last few months. Whom should I contact or is there any e-mail where we can address our problem? I am almost fustrated with this issue. And I am really in need of that amount.

Greetings.
I understand your problem. Instead of calling the PF office by Phone, you can raise your complaint to The Enforcement officer, EPF Office, Gurgeon, Pin. send it by RPAD. You clearly mention your PF Account no and name of the company you last worked and your date of joining and date of leaving.
The Enforcement officer of PF is bound to comply your request and solve this issue.

Its been almost one and half years that I have applied for Pf transfer from Gurgaon to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.However no action has been taken. Just by chance I spk to 1 person who said it is in processing but then ever since no body picks up the phone neither there is any response on emails sent.
Can I also raise a complaint to Enforcement officer as u suggested.
Plz help me .

Myself Lokesh Rai had resigned from IBM Daksh Gurgaon on 06th Dec 2011 had claimed for my PF already. I submitted my PF form in your gurgaon office on 29th NOV 2012, I received an amount of 19200/- on 24th DEC in my savings account. as far as the E-passbook says the amount has to be somewhwere around 75000 . I have already attached my E-passbook summary with this mail . I have also checked my claim status online which is as follow.
STATUS for Member ID: GNGGN00106400000038549
Claim ID : GNGGN121100032415
Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00106400000038549) has been approved. Payment is under process.
Claim ID : GNGGN121100032416
Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00106400000038549) has been approved. Payment is under process.
It says that the payment is under process , ideally the amount should be transferred in a single attempt. Can you please specify by when the remaining amount would be transferred to my account? I have been checking my claim status sice this last week. I tried calling numbers displayed on your website , but no one answers the phone.Kindly have a look in my account and please let me know if the remaining amount would be transferred to my account or no , and by when it will be transferred. I shall be thankful to you.

Hi,
My PF number is: HR/GGN/28488/128. It has been 5 months and nothing has been done for my PF...The form has been submitted in the PF office on 20th November 2013 and the receipt was taken by my cousin brother.I sent emails to
--- This Gentleman did nothing,and then when I CCed 
--- they just said... "Sir, Kindly help and resolve the Grievance of this ...." and guess what the reply comes?? Hey ..."Your form did not reach us" !!! Now then I asked my cousin brother to send me the scanned copy of the receipt which he got from PF office, and I sent that receipt to both the emails...then also --this Gentleman simply said same this to the other email Guy--"Sir, Kindly help and resolve the Grievance of this ....", and it had been since then the gentleman with the email 
is Silent and is not responding to me AT ALL...I am sure these people from Government get paid really well, have big CARS, I am a Poor Person, only bread earner in my family, both my parent are retired...and SUCH PATHETIC and Careless attitude these guys have!! How can they loose my Papers??? If they have lost it then find it and I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. Please someone help me get my hard earned money Back from this Gurgaon PF Office...moreover how convenient...all the Phone numbers on the EPF website for GURGAON are Defunct and the once which are working...NO ONE EVER cares to pick them up!!! Sir/Ma'am ...who ever is an expert on this please for God's sake help me get my money back...I am willing to pay whatever fees you want....
