I have resigned from my old company J.B.C.P.L. in April 2007. They have informed me that they will send me the PF withdrawal form to withdraw my PF. However, they have not taken any action on this matter until now. What can I do? Can I withdraw PF directly by myself?

Hi U can meet them personally and ask for withdrawl forms or go to the pf office from where u can take the withdrawl forms and get it filled up from ur previous employer. Best wishes Prabhakar Rao.M

This is your problem to withdraw your PF, not the company's problem. You should go to the PF office, take a form, fill it out, and get your employer's signature, then submit it to the PF office. You will receive the amount in your bank account within 3 months.

Do you really need the money right now? Because if you don't, you can continue with the same account in your new organization. Just get your PF Account number and inform your new employer. You don't have to open a new PF account. Also, no employer can cheat you of your PF, so don't worry about not getting it. I would strongly suggest you continue with the same PF account.
