My Firm Name is.JGE. and i am the proprietor of my firm but the person who did online EPFO and in ESIC (Common registration) he did M/s.. (May name) and proprietor..(My name).
while it was to be M/s. (JGE) and proprietor (my name).
and to be noted that in the case of esic registration the person who did online process of esic registration he put my individual pan number in place of my firm.
I wish to ask that may the Firm's name be corrected now.
if Yes how? and what is the procedure.
if No what should be done.
