Dear Seniors, Please explain that while computing fees for contractual staff, do we compute pro rata basis for conveyance and communication allowance?
Eg - Their payout is divided into 3 parts :- 1.Professional fee (comprises 95-97% of the pay) 2.Conveyance charge 3.Communication allowance (These 2 comprise of balance 3-4% of the pay). If a staff is absent then the deduction is done only for Professional fee or all the 3 components?
