Hi i am from Assam and was working for a company based out in Gurgaon. Last 3 yrs back the company got closed and the PF account is also in Gurgaon. Now i don't know what to do neither where to apply and where to send the forms.

U can withdrawal or transfer through ON line including "UMANG" mobile app . Otherwise proceed through OFF line and send papers to Concern regional PF office.
or can directly talk to Bhopal PF commissioner Mr Sanjay Kesari , earlier he was posted at Delhi. He will help you.
