Can any of you guide me to overcome one of the biggest problem of life I am facing right now ?
I have received the transfer notice, transferring me to Kolkata Region for survey and set up of new branches at Sikkim and Jalpaiguri District, West Bengal.
Top management is very much aware of the fact that my wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer recently and her treatment is going on in Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati. Doctors have been treating her with chemotherapy which needs to be repeated in every 21st day and we need to take care of her all throughout.
During this most critical period I along with my wife and my two little kids are together fighting big challenges to treat and cure her from cancer. My family needs me most at this time. I need to stay at my present location in order to enable me treat and take care of my cancer suffering wife, look after welfare of my two little children (4 years and 9 years respectively).
Previously also company did not give me any financial support for my treatment after my major accident in official duty (February, 2016). My leg has not recovered completely yet and the present condition restricts my movement.
Considering the above circumstances I requested company’s MD to kindly let me work and open new branches by visiting from Guwahati instead of Kolkata Region. They have not agreed to my proposal and asked me to go to Kolkata.
I have no issue of any fraud or misconduct in the company.
I think I have been harassed and looking for any solution.
