Having a doubt about EPF & ESI when company closure regarding contribution payable..How long it will be pay to the concerned regional offices?
all the employees are left from organisation and marked as resigned both PF & ESI and paid contribution till that period,but after that one month also the company is running to complete the closing procedures..
Is that to pay contribution for the above said remaining period to both ESI & PFmeans any minimum contribution is there?
Kindly clarify anyone..
