Hi Team, I want write a legal letter regarding a accused person record of his previous employment. Can anybody advise how to frame a letter regarding information about the person.
This person has assaulted a person and escaped from the scene. Now he works in some other company. How can I write a letter to enquire whether he is working or not .
Thanks

Dear Sathya,
Well gentleman, this is a professional forum and while seeking advice from the senior professionals, propriety demands orderliness and structured approach to the post. You have not given any background information. Please confirm the following:
a) What is the nature of your industry? What is your designation?
b) Is this accused person employee of your company? Have you done any background check?
c) Why you want to send the "legal letter"
Lastly, quality of your English merits lot of improvement. Please take care of it.
Thanks,

oh no sir its not ur duty...u r taking law and order into ur hands usually done by police.
Its purely risk of previous company to lodge a complaint against the said person...search and warrant arrest such things are not in ur purview. For livelyhood any one should do some job to livelyhood anywhere he likes. whats ur interest to spoil his career or life..
Many family killings and road accidents are compromised by both parties...
we dont know what has happened in his previous job.
Concentrate on your job duties thats enough..Rest of things society law and order depts.will do a lot...ok
