Dear HR Krishna, what do you mean by " Possible to maintain Two ESI Local Office" are you planning to take maintenance of 2 ESI Local Offices-Housekeeping etc on Contract basis?

We have a manpower pvt ltd in that we have already taken two sub codes for esi we want to change local office of one code because of employees convinience is it possible or not.if not we have to take one more sub code how many subcodes are allowed ?

Dear Mr HR Krishna, you can not have as many ESI Sub Codes as you wish.Obtaining of ESI Sub Code is purely based on Number of ESI Covered Employees in a particular location other than main Establishment.Un justified Sub Code Number is not warranted.Employer do not have role in Choosing ESI Local Office.Now since most of the services are provided through online visiting ESI Local Office frequently is not warranted.
