I would like to know what are the statutory compliances for school or institute.
Recently I have joined in one of the CBSE School as a HR Executive and we are having 190 staff so what will be statutory compliances. for institute ???
which register I need to maintain for new joinee for statutory compliance process.
Adult worker register13 ,14 should I maintain or not????
leave register 18,19 is also mandatory to for audit purpose???
