Can any body share the judgement of Minimum wages rules are not applicable to trainees / temporary employees

M.Wrules nd related judgement s are undoubtedly aplicable to all workersincluding trainees and daily labour.temporary employees.even apprentices shouldnot be deprived of minimum wages..some exemptions if there are agreed wages even though that figures shouldnot be less than minimum wages...
no excuses for minimum wages...
