Hi All, I am in the process of developing a R&R framework for an IT company. Need some help with the same. If any of you would have any sample template, please share. Regards, Ambika Phalke

Dear Ambika,
Employees are rewarded on the following counts:
a) Outstanding performance
b) Outstanding innovative idea
c) Outstanding cost-saving idea
d) Commendation by the customer for the memorable service
You need to create a policy that covers process of recognition, who will forward the citation, committee to assess the citation and how the awards will be distributed.
For further details you may contact me.
Thanks,

Dear All
We are planning to introduce R&R program. Now we have formed a committee and decided how we are gonna implement it . We are gonna take this forwards as a proposal to our C.E.O. I am gonna present it to him in the form of PPT.
Any Idea on how can I start this PPT ? I don wanna start by simply saying about rewards and the advantages of it ?
Looking for an unique idea to start it off .. In the end i can explain what we have planned by our committee but looking for catchy ideas to start this off eg: Starting by telling a real eg of how company "A"started it and how it has brought the difference implementing it?
Thanks in Advance.
Pavitraa

Can you covert all R & R into monetary benefits to the company? If yes I am sure your CEO will like this as everything revolves around Balance Sheet of the company.

You can say many companies example of R&R and how it is motivating employees and also increase of productivity of employee. You should have the category of R&R monthly, quarterly, yearly and long service rewards.
These will certainly convince your CEO for approval.
