I am HR Executive in Labour Law consultancy, One of our employee is eligible for Maternity benefit under ESIC Act after amendment of Jan 2017, her salary is 20k per month and her ESIC contribution start from jan-2017 paid till june 2017 i.e 180 days contribution deducted from her salary.
Is she applicable for 6 month paid salary benefit under ESIC Act?
