I have completed my B.Sc and the MCA. For my first company I have showed my 2 years of MCA as fake experience and joined a good company as a consultant i.e payroll company for me is a consultancy. By looking at my good work for 3 years company took me as a permanant and full time employee with handsome package. But things went wrong here. In BGV they came to know that my experience is fake and I have been terminated with in 6 months. The other bad part is, recently I come to know that the consultancy which was payroll company for 3 years is in NASSCOMs fake list and blocked list. For more info the verification partner is VeriFact.
But after my termination from the company I have removed 6 months of experience in terminated company and tried for job with 3 years of genuine experience through consultancy. I got job in one of the Indias reputated IT company and to my surprise background verification went fine. But recently they have started asking me more details and asked me to register in NASSCOM website for Skilled workers. Now I am completing 2 years here but some how escaping from NASSCOM registration.
Recently I have tried in one more company with 5years of experience(again genuine 5 years). Got selected in one company with very good hike and position but... again in offer letter they have mentioned that I need to register for NASSCOM .
Now coming to point where disperatly need your suggestion is, In my second company I have joined with my genuine experince. I have tried even in this latest company with genuine experience. Also I have 5 years of genuine payslips and form 16s. I want clear my record inNASSCOM now as genuine 5years. How can I do that. Will I face any problems if I register NASSCOM as I have already verified fake for 2years of exp (not currently exist in my rwsume and I have replaced it with 2year MCA.)
Please help in this regard. I really dont want to betray any company and I am honest in work. I have done this in my initial stages of career just to get job. I am literally worried on verification part if I join the new company.
