If an person works in different establishments (in India) each in more than 6 years, shall he is eligible to draw Gratuity benefit in each establishment separately ? Ex. Mr.A worked in three establishments i.e., X, Y & Z and period he spent in X Establishment - 6 years, Y Establishment - 8 years & Z Establishment - 6 years. In this case whether Mr.A is eligible to draw / get the Gratuity Benefit from all the 3 establishments ?

The only mandaotry thing is, 5 Years Continuous Service.
You can 6 months of a year can be counted as one year. If you have completed 4 years and 7 months in service, you will get the gratuity for sure.
