Lost Of ID Card Before Resignations What Is The Solutions.

Hi All I have lost my I-Card, some day before, and now I have resign my company.
Now company hr ask me to return the I card, to settle the full and final. without I card they can't settle my full and final settlement.
What can I do please suggest.

You should have informed immediately to the company that you lost your ID card, after all it is the property of the company. Now verbally convince the management and try to settle the issue.

At least now submit a letter that you have lost the card and request them to consider relieving you. If they are not agreeable please ask them to recover the cost of the ID card and relieve you.
