Please help me at this stage I am very helpless. I dnt know how to do budgeting for new manpower and please let me know wether it is a part of HR department or not if it is so guide me. Now a days I am searching for a job but before that I want to know little bit about different kind of topic related to HR. Even though I have worked as an HR Officer but it was a very small organisation and I have to maintain the staff files, right now from this firm I came to know there is a lot to do.
