Hi team,
presently working in pvt ltd company, i joined this co,. last 9 months back, and in our offer letter probation is of 01 year, and 2 months notice period, but i am ready to serve for 1 month notice period, and rest one month i am ready to pay the difference amount. but in offer letter they have not mentioned weather it is Basis salary, or full CTC of month.
as per our HR verbally statement it is one month CTC.
my doubt is that weather normally it is basic salary need to be pay or Full month CTC.?
pl suggest and help me.

In the absence of specific mention, it is to be inferred only as one months gross salary only.

If HR has practice to recover short fall of due notice pay is gross salary, then be prepared to pay gross salary. It will be good if you talk to HR and request him to adjust notice pay with leave balance.You will possibly get support.
