Hello all,
I am working with an eng. consultancy firm with 1500 employees.
I have been alloted a job to re-design the salary sturcture including
A)Fixed and B) Variable components.
A) Fixed - This component should include Fixed salary like Basics, HRA etc.
B) Variable - This should be related to target oriented or job oriented or something like that. Just to motivate employees.
Please help / assist me to re-design salary structure with these two components. Or give me an idea what commodities i should include in Fixed and variable heads.
