I am new to HR field . Our company given chance work in legal department .
we are locating in Bangalore - Karnataka .
My question - Under factories act 1948 we have to maintain lot of register and forms and under Karnataka factories rules also contain many of forms and register .
In this case which rules we need to follow . Example : Under factories act 1948 form 6 is different and Karnataka rules forms 6 is different.
Please help in this case .

Dear Chethan,
Your question is not clear. Rules are framed only with reference to and in tune with the provisions of the Act. If Act is a skeleton, rules are the flesh and skin to make it more functional and to give it a definite shape.
I don't think whether there is any form VI prescribed under the Factories Act,1948. May be you are confused with some thing else.
