I refer the thread on https://www.citehr.com/79779-termina...-download.html and wish to uphold comments posted by Mr. Rashid Musa. He truly have said the offence committed by the Workman is not serious enough to call for TERMINATION. I am sure if referred to Labour Court the Company would loose on the floor and would be charged for Unfair Labour Practice and the workman is going to be reinstated and that would be bad as it won't be easy to remove him thereafter.
