Company wants the money back what they have invested on me before releasing me. Though I have not signed any bond. What is the way out?

Company hire people for their work. It means that employee invests his time and knowledge, in return he gets salary. If company really cares about his investments, then don't release employee and hire him for next project.

The question of company's asking the employee to pay back the money that they have invested on you before they release you is not very clear. Are they asking for the
salary etc. that they have paid you during your employment? What is the duration of your employment with them and why you want to leave them? If you have and documents, viz.
Attendance register, any letter you have signed on behalf of the company or any other document in support of your employment with them, take xerox copies of the same and
approach a competent/expert lawyer/solicitor immediately.

Company has given 2 months salary as "employee severance" because of unavailability of projects \ or they no longer required that employee and they found supporting clause in his offer letter.
If they want this "employee severance" amount back, then they should have some other program for next employment of employee or company should retain him.
