Oh yes
ur intention is good...very simple....
Put a noticeboard and mention ....whatever penalty in rupees from rs.10 onwards...
And more now modiji swachhabharath is going anywhere in india. Display p.m s slogan and warn in written ... And
put a hundi box in the exit of employees.. The penalised money from the workers tobaco violated...deposit there...
Another.. Give a piece of red ribbon to the violated e!ployee after collecting the penalty....
And apply ur own ideas as per ur company ...like ..giving other benefits delay to the violated employee...
All the best

@GANNAHOPE
Dear Sir/Madam,
Can we give them warning letters or charge sheet for this kind of misconduct?? because i have already put notice on notice board and advice them to avoid tobacco in company premises. and earlier we have started Swachhabharat Mission in our company. but due to some reasons it is not that much effective. So I take this matter seriously & want to take some strict actions against some notorious workers for this kind of misconduct.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am asking about the amount of Fine?? As per the model standing order acts which amount i can collect from them as fine?? I think once i started to collect money for this misconduct as a Fine it would be a lesson for others too.

You can impose a fine as a penalty under standing orders only for a misconduct enumerated under the standing orders and therefore you have to issue a charge- sheet and conduct domestic enquirer to hear him his case and if charges are proved, you can impose the fine and such fine can be any amount not exceeding 3% of the wages payable for the month in which the fine is imposed.
