I have joinned a CMMi 5 in Chennai . But after working 1 week I came to know that it is 70 % maintenance work and 30% Development work . My previous experience is of complete development. So . I don't want to work in CMMi 5 . I want to leave it without serving notice period . And I have an offer from a product based company . I want to join that . Can that CMMi 5 will take any legal action against me .
