the worker says that company attempting the unfair trade practicums from last from few months, but we are as ,management we diden't conduct any kind of misconduct.

"Unfair Labour Practice" is a wider but vague term susceptible to subjective interpretations and it would not only be indicative of the employers' omissions and commissions but also the state of mind.. That's why even at times the unavoidable omissions like the occasional delay in disbursement of wages are termed so by disgruntled workmen or vociferous unionists. Therefore it is imperative on the part of the employers to ensure timely and effective compliance of the provisions of applicable Labour Laws in force. To have clarity, you better refer to sec.25-T and Part I of Schedule V of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 and if applicable, to Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Union and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act,1971.
