Hi,
I am Working as a HR- Technical recruiter nearly 1+ year in a reputed firm. My desire is to become a "Executive HR".
Can Some one could advise me how I can achive it, by what and all I can do for it like qualification wise.
And another big doubt that I have is, does really distance MBA in a reputed university is a valid one, does it is accepted as qualification in MNC's.
Because I hold only an engineering degree, and I am planning to do MBA in disatnce, since I cant do it in regular ,due to my situations.
If not the distance degree is not advisable please, suggest some alternative ways like certifiactions and courses that I can do and qualify my self.
Regards,
Richard.

Dear Richard Jones,
Welcome to Cite HR family.
With an Engineering degree you are already having an experience in HR.
Whatever course you take should be having HR as one of the main subjects.
Any full fledged HR course would be desirable.
As of now in my view you are in the right track.
If you have decided to study, study and do well.
When you finish studying your line of experience and the recent qualification
will not be different. This will be a plus point to you.
Cite HR has many such posts like yours.
Search them and get more details before taking a decision.
