suppose in a organization,there are 200 employees are going to the strike against the manager and the compnay.the company is already spoke the employees,but they are not heared the words of the top level management and hr manager.in this situation,what will the hr manager do

HR Manager needs to play the most important role in this situation.he should act as a diplomat and after carefully analyzing the situation , he should amibacaly make the union understant this and buy some time so as to set the things right.IR is very sensitive.
