its been only 3 months in HR department. i am the only HR in this organisation. i've settled down leave policies, salary related works also i've started some fun activities on Friday.
Can you please suggest me what other new things i should introduce so that management is able to see my work.

1) Please note that HR Department is an ocean. We can not learn in a single day. By getting
experience, you will be known all perfectly.
2) Since you have joined recently and you have to learn a lot in the subject because till now you had
theoretical experience whereas now you are getting practical experience.
3) Going on slow and study is always advisable. While doing all the works in HR, you will get lot
of doubts in the subject.
