Dear Cite HR, Please share your thoughts, feedback and next ideas. I was working in an organization, where I completed 1.5 years. The organization or company where I was working has been moved their business to child company. They moved 350 employees at a time to new company. Post that they issued transfer letter stating You've been moved or transferred to new company.
Here new company is one of the small process of that company, later on small process established as a small company. My question is, I left the company from the day one from the day of transfer to new company. I left the company as absconded. Will they issue reliving letter.

If you have absconded do you expect the company to have good feelings towards your action.
They will just send you a letter saying terminated due to absconding which will create problems in future jobs.
Your actions have lead to communication gap.
Meet the company HR and negotiate a way out by paying notice period pay and go with clean chit.
No point getting such termination letters or trying to hide gaps in CV and then to hide one lie tell more lies, which any trained HR chap can find out during interview process or background check.
Keep your life simple and straight by leaving any organisation with good relations to the extent possible.
