Thanks Manav! But it is easier said than done to solve any problem. Everbody can identify the problem and find the right solution and above that implementing it is the different ball game.
So what does it take to identify right solution? Win the sponsorship from the stakeholders(affected by the problem) to implement the solution and actually implementing it to change the situation?

hi Manav, Thanks for the posting the same, OD is major tool to change the Organisation, talling to other is easier but using the same tool is very difficult, somehow u do a good work.

I would like to seek a better lively solution to my query,
as many managers had raised the questions about OD intervensions by you, but my question .." was any organistion with a normal team size of HR, sahll paid attention on OD intervensions practically? if so pls share here...
My Question is - WHAT IS ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT interventions / initiatives and their implementation.
I request a specific replies, which are practically developed and implemented successfully.
