An employee after being fired from his company can he expect incentive from the company during final settlement?
The employee worked for the company for 2years and 352 days. The company wanted to cut down manpower so decided to retrench man power. What are the options to explore to get your incentives and gratuity?

Since the total length of service rendered in the establishment on the date of retrenchment falls well-below the minimum qualifying period of service of 5 years, the retrenched employee is not statutorily eligible for gratuity.
As regards incentive, if the incentive is production-linked or performance- based, well, the retrenched employee is entitled to such incentive.

By incentive, do you mean retrenchment compensation or any other monitory benefit ? B.Saikumar ,
