I want to know that if employee gross salary is including bonus then esi will be deduct on bonus. indeed in my organization after amending the bonus act a bonus head has included in employee gross salary in this condition if employee gross salary less then 15000 then esi will be applicable.
kindly provide appropriate guidelines.
