Hi.. Good Morning. Recently I have joined in a company. After a month, HR head had a conversation with me. He has asked that how are you finding this job. I was no clue what he is really asking for. Q: How are you finding this job?
This means what do you feel about working in your company and what do you feel about your job. It is also a way of asking if you are comfortable in the new company.
A sample response could be: I am finding this job very interesting. There are lot of things to learn. My boss is also very supportive. Thank you!
