Dear Monika,
Follow your own ideas and intellect. Do research on the subject and its market.
Do not look for any suggestions from outside. Its your world and your future.
No one else will be able to guide you more better than you yourself.
Somebody can be a leader in his own domain but not necessarily guide you what does not belong to him.
Have faith in yourself and Go Bang ! ! !
All the Best !

Hi!
When someone wants to create a business outfit, like a school or a training institute, the first thing you should do is to create your organizational and business concept and register it to the appropriate govt regulating body/ agency so your business will have a legal personality to engage into business.
Then make sure to define the services that you want to offer to your clients and the competitive fees that you plan to charge them.
Initially, you may do it alone. But, if you have enough budget, maybe you can hire some help to do the non-related training activities that your business needs, like janitorial and security.
As your business grow, then you can add more personnel.
Best wishes and good luck!
